My 2001 LS 430 with the Pearl white color has a few scrapes on the lower front bumper. High curbs got me. Rather minor but I want to touch it up. Paint source??? Anyone in this area (DFW) that does EXCELLENT touch up work for minor scratches and paint dings?? Thanks for any suggestions, Bill |

Some auto parts stores may have Dupli-Color touch up paint available. The color code is on the VIN label on either the driver's door or driver's door frame. You will see the notation "clr/tr 0_/____" The 3-digit color code is what you will need, I believe the first digit of the color code should be "0" Another possibility is to take it to a body shop - a well-equipped body shop should be able to scan the paint and come up with a match. Ask your local Lexus dealer service department for a recommendation. -- Ray O (correct punctuation to reply) |
