SC400 Brakes

Anyone with any experience on the brakes throbbing so hard that the
gearshift lever wobbles with braking? Pulled into the driveway to pull a
wheel on the 1993 SC400 and inspect the rotors for warpage - the rims are
hot at all 4 wheels. Can¹t touch the rotors and can¹t even turn them!
Suspect the master cylinder is not releasing the residual pressure? Is there
a known problem with the brakes on this model? The ABS works fine in a panic
stop and the car can be driven but this throbbing is weird!
