touch screen override 07 ES350?

Hello

I have the 07 ES350 Ultra Lux w/ touch screen controls. The one issue that
I have with the feature is the automatic disable of most of the touch screen
controls when the car exceeds 5mph.

This makes it a bit awkward to have the passenger use the nav system while
driving on freeways. Additionally, while using the hands free phone, it is
difficult to access "phone-mail" options without having the ability to use
the 0-9 keys.

Does this make sense? Yes..I do realize that we could use the voice
commands to operate the nav system...but it really is the phone keypad I
need to use.
