Car was so clean I couldn't pass it up. Paid $7300 from original owner, who maintained it decently, but not fanatically. Rust-free, garaged Las Vegas car, even the clearcoat is still shiny. I went to local Toyota dealer (they service Lexus too) and flushed the tranny fluid (looked dark) for $164. Mechanic looked it over and didn't see any obvious problems. Nothing leaks or smokes. Ice cold A/C, no rattles or funny suspension vibes. But it needs tires...what are the best for this car? I'm sure some of you long-time LS400 owners have some experiences to share...Michelins for $164/ea. just seem a little pricey. Thanks. |
