Radio problem c230

I have a 2002 c230 and had the factory radio replaced and now the radio
turns on for about 30 to 40 seconds then shows PROB on display any help
would be great. I do have the code

Well sounds like it needs to be serviced again. Hope you got receipts
so they have to do it for free.
