do all W126s use the same cruise control amp? i have a 1984 300SD that
needs a new cc amp and want to know if it will accept one from gasoline
models.

anyone know a good source for guaranteed used/rebuilt cc amp?

Not same. Go to mbcoupes.com and look under part supplier. There are three
of them... the one in Colorado is the great one.
