How about using an offset Woodruff key?

Much cheaper at about a fiver.

Never gave that a thought, TurboJo,
who would be a good supplier, ?
and are there variations in the offsets ?
Cheers

I just did a search for Woodruff on Mini Spares and they sell them at £5.09
each they come in 1 to 9 degree offsets. They can be fitted either way so
you get the full adjustment range. I presume that other Mini specialists
and/or A Series engine builders will sell them.

Cheers
