I am on the lookout for a solid-ish pickup shell (cheep). Doesn't matter
about MOT or running gear or paperwork as I intend to sand blast it and
repannel it as a "new" shell so I don't have to take mine off the road for
much more than a week.

Obviously if I am having it sand blasted, there has to be some of it left
so
it must be solid (ish)

If you know of one...

Sounds about right. That is what the pickup is up for with the insurace
when it was valued. I just want a shell to 'make brand new' so I don't have
to have the car off the road for more than the summer holidays transferring
the stuff from my shell to another shell. Then I want to make a monster
truck with the leftovers ;-)
