you have to be careful with sand blasting it will buckle flat panels. BTW
my bro in law has finished the 79 van i gave him and hes now getting offers
of £4000 so i hope u got lots of dosh

Sounds about right. That is what the pickup is up for with the insurace
when it was valued. I just want a shell to 'make brand new' so I don't have
to have the car off the road for more than the summer holidays transferring
the stuff from my shell to another shell. Then I want to make a monster
truck with the leftovers ;-)
