www.turbominis.co.uk

What do you want to know exactly?

As someone who has carried out this conversion a few times now, I would
advise you to budget for around £2000.
OK you can buy a scrap Metro turbo for £100 or so, and along with a few
other parts, get it running for around £300.
But remember these engines have usually been thrashed to death. And require
a full rebuild, to be anything near reliable.
That said they are definatly good fun.

If money is no object, consider fitting a T2 turbo from a Renult 5 turbo,
and buy a mirage manifold. (Manifold around £300). If you do this, there is
no need for the bulk head to be chopped. The smaller T2 is better suited to
the metro turbo engine than the T3 as it produces far less lag.
And of course a stronger car, as the shell hasn't been weakened.
