Sadly, New-Car-Discount.com have had £500 of my money since the middle of
last October.
But, yes, it was paid by credit card, so there should be some legal
protection there.

I would contact the credit card company and demand delivery within seven
days or your money back.

I eventually received the Mazda3 from New Car Discount today. I have had an
emailed apology but still no explanation of the delay yet; however but they
did deliver the car for free because of the excessive delay.
