a) time consuming-not-to-be-rushed timing belt change
b) Mega expensive HT leads replacement at around 70k intervals.
c) possible h/g failure.

Couple of hours - get the DVD

2001 on have coil packs and are pretty reliable

VERY rare - you are thinking of oil cooler failure

I have had 4 of them
