My E34 has been parked outside my w/shop since January. I've had 3 pikeys
asking me if it's for sale, apparently because they'd noticed it hadn't
moved during that time, and was untaxed.

I went on the site Friday at around 5.00pm and had the "tax disc" Monday

morning.

Great service from the DVLA , 2 mins on the PC rather than driving into
town, parking (couple of sguid)queing up - I'm very pleased , I don't even
have to dig out the insurance or the MOT

Similar results. Yes, the number wasn't there and I had to fetch the V5
(could have been explained much better), but once that hurdle was over -
bobsa.

I was looking for ages to find a valid email address to let them know...but
I found nothing so I gave up. This is not a recent problem, I went through
the same thing last time...they must have been informed by someone...they
just have not bothered to do anything about it...they get their cash either
way

went through the same thing last time...they must have been informed by
someone...they just have not bothered to do anything about it...they get
their cash either way

I taxed something and at the end got a survey thing with a comments area on
it. That was how I reported it.

They say in their confirmation reply :-
"The Tax Disc and receipt should arrive in the post within 5 working days"
I applied wednesday evening. Still waiting for disc after todays (saturday)
post.
