Default Micra radio code - 05-14-2007 , 12:37 PM

Chaps.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a working Blaupunkt radio/cassette
in a 1994 Micra K11 to reveal its code? We haven't got the code but I want
to move it to another car. It just says it's a code protected Blaupunkt on
the front, and has Nissan printed on it.

Si

Saves a lot of hassle. I've used them three times now. As long as the code
hasn't been changed from the manufacturers this will work.

Ta. I think I'll go to the local Nissan dealer first; seems a shame to go
chasing the code for a fee when the radio doesn't actually need it yet!

<Ponder>Wonder if I could splice a 9v battery into the radio feed before I
disconnect it?</Ponder>
