Hi all,

Apart from being a police officer is there any way of easily (also free)
finding out whether or not someone has a driving license or if they have one
but are banned from driving ?.

I'm not being malicious but I think a work colleague is driving in each day
whilst he is banned from driving and the way he drives worrys me (fairly
dangerously/allways speeding).

If it's a company car, the company are obliged to ensure he holds a valid
licence, and to periodically re-check that he has.
