TO be fair, there isn't much to go wrong with a Cinq. So long as everything works when you buy it, it's not likely to go bang in an expensive way later. There are quite a few low-ish mileage examples out there as they were often bought by middle aged women. What else is there that, like the Cinq, doesn't have power steering, but would be fun to drive (not necessarily fast). Problem is good Cinq's seem to be hard to find (privately at least). |

Erm, how hard have you looked? |

In article <46325ad6$0$8712$ed2619ec (AT) ptn-nntp-reader02 (DOT) plus.net>, anybody (AT) anyone (DOT) plus.com says... SteveH wrote: No, I said Fiat, not Citroen :-P Rust ! Thought that was years ago though ! on the bodywork, yes. But not on some of bits bolted to it. Sounds like I wasn't the only one with the latest in light-weight, perforated brake backing plates. Rest of the car was in good shape at 8 years/120,000 miles though, well shortly before it was an economic write-off after a rear-end shunt. I'd have another one though, possibly in Imola Blue (mine was a Broom Yellow one) if I came across a good one. And if I had room on my driveway.... |

I saw one advertised in Grafitti Grey a few weeks ago, but couldn't find any reference to that colour anywhere e.g. on The FIAT Forum. Have you heard of it ? |

Do you need to have a family to own one. |

Test drove one a couple of months back, and was quite impressed, but can't decide whether it'd be a bit big for me. The overdriven 5th on the 1.6 was very noticeable. |
