Matthew Millichap (matthew.millichap (AT) myitmatters (DOT) co.uk) gurgled happily,
sounding much like they were saying :

You'll get plenty more if you start top-posting.

Once - yes, I can see that there *could* be some kind of excuse for driving
whilst pissed.

Twice? No. That shows a complete inability to learn from your own
stupidity.

C'mon, then - I've got an open mind tonight. What were the circumstances
and how do you think you were so hard done by?

So - you're a fuckwit with no sense whatsoever, a drink problem, and the
brains of a cretinous earthworm. You can't take a hint to save your life.

Please don't try and shorten the ban. Our roads are better off without
you.

Now, please, fuck off. Cheers.

WADR, he asked a specific legal question and if you didn't know the answer,
this was a perfect opportunity to save some keyboard wear and tear.

A year ago I was sentenced to a three year ban for drink driving. Is it
true that after a certain time I can apply to have my ban reduced?
Fuck it - just drive anyway.

Thanks for the abuse to me and Matthew Millichap.

For your info I put my hands up and pleaded guilty. I was arrested,
handcuffed and locked in a cell for hours. On top of the ban I did
community service and an alchohol awareness course and get a criminal
record. I reckon I have been punished enough and I guess Millichap will
have had the same sort of experience

Cheers mate

I am in exactly the same position as you - 2nd ban within 10years -

I want/NEED my license back

Perhaps you could have thought of that earlier?

Yep....pleaded guily, hands up etc. I had to do alcohol awareness
course and was put on probation. Managed to do without the criminal
record thankfully - don't like those too much!

Yeah it must be mate. I think the conviction automatically goes down as
a criminal record. What did they make you do on probation?

I'm in favour of a permanent ban for a 2nd offence.

If you didn't learn first time, you're not going to take any notice of
it 2nd time round.

Yes, but nobody asked you for your opinion.
