I'm having a look at a Merc C200 Elegance today, 130k miles on the clock, S reg, for £5340. I'm just wondering if anybody might happen to know if this is too cheap for that model with that mileage. The way I figured it, as long as it was in good mechanical condition the mileage didn't really matter, but I'm wondering if there may be something else wrong with it. Also is there anything particular that I should be looking for?? |

Doesn't anybody check prices against Parkers, Glass's, or even equivalent cars in Autotrader? |

That's probably about right, possibly it should be a bit cheaper. Whatever the seller says, it's not easy selling any car with 130k on the clock so don't be afraid to bargain. |

Thanks. I haggled the guy down by a glorious £75 (after part ex'ing my Civic there wasn't really a lot left to negotiate about!). The car sort of spoke for itself after test driving it, an amazing engine. |

I think a deciding factor in deciding to buy it was seeing *the star* ahead of me while test driving ... :-) |
