I haven't seen the word 'Crossfire' with it, but I assume that this is the
one:

http://www.mercedes.co.uk/pc/slr_teaser.asp (click on 'view microsite').

Noooo, that's the SLR. The Crossfire is a Chrysler:

I wonder what the specifications are. My browser insisted on my zip code, which
of course I don't have.

Ta, that works here.

Good figures from a fairly low power output, there. Must be a relatively light
car, I guess. Also, peak power figure wasn't what they had in mind, which is
always a positive sign.

Not bad on price, on paper, no mpg figure, dunno what the insurance would be.

As someone said, odd looking boot.

I was thinking the same thing.

Must be the fact it sits on 18" fronts and 19" rears that makes it so
quick....

~1380kg IIRC. About the same as the SLK320.

Aha - the mention of Mercs earlier confused me. The SLR seemed to fit some
of the descriptions, though :-)

Has anyone seen an SLR properly? I spotted one on the M1 the weekend of the
British Grand Prix last year but it was still in the camo.
