Does anyone know how to adjust the side mirrors on a new Golf? I have a hired one and they didn't put a manual in and they are not there now! |
Is there a knob labelled 'L - R' on the driver's door arm-rest?

you can adjust the right hand mirror using the knob. In the "L," it adjusts
the left mirror.

L adjusts the left mirror only , R adjusts both, [1] the idea being that once they are set correctly a different driver can adjust the pair together more easily |
Yes I remember the Polo I hired had this feature. It works in theory, but I
usually had to go back and adjust the left mirror anyway...
