Default vw polo engine cover. - 03-04-2007 , 05:57 AM







Can anybody please help me!.I have a VW polo 1.2s.(not sure what mk it
is, but it is on a 52 plate and it has the 4 seperate head lights on
the front(( like a mercedes )) ).The problem i have is that i do not
know how to remove the plastic engine cover.There are no visable screws
or clips and i just dont want to steam in and break it.PLEASE PLEASE
help me!!!!!

They do just pull off IIRC
It depends on the engine IIRC but most do pull off, you have to use more
force than you feel you should as the rubber is quite tight but it's safe.
