John's picks he told me to go pick on someone else and I happened by
yours! So, it's McCoy's fault! |
Hey, now, that's going to cost you some MVM points. No making
excuses...
Going off on a tangent here, but one of the columnists had a good
point a few weeks back: why do we call breaking a rule "cheating"
in NASCAR? When an offensive lineman grabs ahold of a linebacker
blitzing, that's breaking the rules, but we don't call it cheating.
We just give him his 15 yard penalty and get on with the next play.

Or do like Marty suggested, take your correct percentage, times 5
picks per race and extrapolate your approximate current score |
That'd work. Or take your first five for each week. Or, since
we've had 10 races, take the most recent 50 (or the first 50,
altho as I recall Mike was having a bit of a hard time wording
his guesses on the early picks, so the more recent ones likely
have a better score).
Or just play for the fun of it, and forget the score :-)
