Do they require loading immediately upon meeting their maker, .... or will
that 70's Caddy accommodate them after rigor ?? See, that's the beauty of
the 8' box .............. time is not of the essence LOLOL
yeah, but a cop needs a warrant to look in a trunk. its easy to peek under
a tarp in a truck box. the mafia never used pickups.

A bit OT but I am sure that someone here has heard of Mafia pickups
especially if there are any guitar players in this group.

Cadillac Frank Salemme an infamous Boston mobster always used a caddy for
his bodies, hence the name.

You guys are referring to Boston and Chicago. I'm sure the 8' box saw
service in, .... oh, let's say 'rural America'

And that's another hilla beans - "..ISTA". We attach it to just about
every noun, verb, or adjective out there.

Real TRUCKS don't have chrome-plated 22" rims, leather interiors, or
5,000-watt-per-channel subwoofers occupying the whole forward half of
a full-sized bed!

When America was still strong and good a pick up truck had an eight foot
bed.

I would not own a pick up truck with a four foot bed like they are
selling
now.

It's merely an option, Dick. If you'd prefer the full 8' bed, they are
certainly available. It's not like America's truck manufacturers have
dictated "no more full 8'x8' sheets of plywood allowed'.

I'd agree that a 4' bed in a "truck" is arguably useless - but clearly
there
are customers for that design.
yeah city-slicking customers that want the country look without the
hassle of having to back up an 8' bed, something we were all taught at
a young age driving dad's truck around the farm. 4' bed designs, i'd
have to look at honda's "truck" the ridgeline which is either a shitty
excuse for a truck or one hell of an ugly suv. An as much as i love
the chevy avalanche (didn't originally but the 2010 ones are nice),
they have no purpose or than to haul groceries

Y'all missed the classic NASCAR reference. One time Ward Burton, a genuine
good old boy if there ever was one, got wrecked by the race car with the
John Deere sponsor.

So instead of old Ward going off on the driver he went off on the car
sponsor. something like "them John Deere tractors ain't no good. I woodnt
own me one of them tractors".

Only in NASCAR of pro sports would you find a competitor who actually knows
something about tractors.

Country people are better people than city people.

If "the big one" ever comes I bet on the people who can twist the head off a
chicken over the people who can read a spreadsheet.

I hope "the big one" does not come in my lifetime but if it ever does I
would imagine that the people in the pinstripe suits will be hung on the
lamposts just as a good start.

If "the big one" ever does come I have a pecking order....

pilot
gunnery sargeant
organizer
doctor
rancher
farmer
butcher
