Just because the idiots in the booth take a stand doesn't mean it's the right one.
Carl put himself in that position and it resulted in a very dangerous and illegal
move. Blame Carl or his spotter but it's not Nascar's fault that he wasn't prepared
for the cars pitting in front.

Very dangerous? Not even close.

Illegal? He didn't advance his position by going below the line. The two
Hendrick cars were pitting. Even Kyle Petty would have advanced his
position on them.

Nah - NASCAR is just getting more stupid about this whole thing.

Nascar doesnt need you to kiss their butt- many corporate sponsors will
be glad to do it for you.

Punishment from Nascar="Tell him to settle down"

Carl Edwards=Avoids 2 wrecks by going below yellow line
Punishment from Nascar=Tail end of field; Drive through penalty.

Definately makes sense to me. Next time he should just plow into Jimmie
Gordon ass. At least he wouldn't be penalized by Nascar for that.
