On RaceDay, the BBs said that Nascar warned teams about messing with
the rear wing and penalties "could be 100 points and $100,000."

The holes in the wing mounts were drilled in the wrong places - pretty
hard to "accidentally" make that mistake.

My thoughts are that Junior will get a points fine, owner will get a
points fine, there will be a monetary fine, and Eury Jr. will be
suspended for about a half dozen races, although I don't think Nascar
will go for the maximum.
