Well Dinica thinks the cup serie is to long and if they cut it in half she
race Nascar. Well I think Nascar had better do it after all what's Nascar
without Dianica Patrick.

There's an oxymoron buried in the subject. The question should be
whether Danica can think.

I believe it is more a question of whether None40 is literate. There
are three errors in the subject line alone. Nowhere did the OP spell
the racer's first name correctly.

You get a gold star; not only did you spell her name correctly, but you
put her down for no known reason!

This proves the theory that wimmins are inferior to men and cannot
race in a series that requires any fortitude or endurance.

There, I literally fixed your post as best I could. As to the content, why
*would* Danica want to come to NASCAR? She's the news story of the day in
the IRL every time she walks out of the paddock, and over here in NASCAR,
she'd be competing for headlines with other women.

And what does she thinks needs to be cut into half, the length of the
season, or the length of the races? "Both" is an acceptable answer...

Dude, some, if not most of the mechanics that work on the cars have
been saying the season is too long for years. They basically don't
get a break from 60 to 80 hours weeks for a long Long LONG time.

On the other hand, Danica's 18 or so races is probably too few.

Me, I'd like to see it be the best 25 or so performances out of the
number raced. That way, if you are a low budget team and you smash
your car, you can take an extra week to rebuild it. If your driver
gets hurt, (s)he can take some time to recuperate without losing the
title chase. It also means that if a driver just can't get around one
or two tracks for some reason, they don't get penalized as bad by it.
But then, you could require at least one race at all tracks (how many
of them are raced on twice in a year?)

and losing headlines to them too. They are around, but in dev series.
Expect to see Sarah Fisher in some busch races. Erin Crocker gets
touted a lot but was clearly not ready for busch last year.

number of races

Many IRL drivers actually want to see one or two more 500 milers on
the schedule.

Then they're first going to have to build up enough of an audience that will
actually sit in front of the TV for 3-4 hours, while watching little
on-track, full rich passing. I figured that's why their races were on the
shortish side, soas to not lose the attention span of all 10 of their fans.
