Default DW's Picks - 02-12-2006 , 04:07 PM

Ol' DW (should change it to DA) is picking Jr and Mikey to take the Daytona
500. They showed what they can do in qualifying... 39th and 45th. Maybe DW
forgot that Mikey doesn't have DEI behind him this year.

Stop yore whining. Kyle Petty was already notified by Herr Helton that is
is supposed to win in the #45. Little E and Mikey are over and done with.
Time for fresh blood in the Winners Circle.

Yoo mispelt Herr Helton was notified by the King that he ain't
finished winnin yet - this time as a cawr owner.

HTH

only thing DW kin pick is his nose AFAIK

If his qualifying time says anything if he didn't buy the first 5 races
he wouldn't even be in the 500.

The 55 looked strong in the shootout... made passes on the outside with
little help, something that a lot of the other cars couldn't do. Led quite
a few laps, too. The caution at the end is what cost him this time.

I was pleased with the way Mikey ran -- looks like his "DJ" strategy in the
first segment paid off.

Don't know how the Dodge will run in the big pack, but looks like he and Junior
will work together as well as ever. Barring a wreck or mechanical failure, he
should be there in the end on Sunday.

Would be nice to see him race his way to up near the front in the 125s, though.

Jr. and Mikey are in different 125's so looks like he's on his own.

I haven't seen the lineups but Mikey's ability to drive in the draft is pretty
well respected, so he shouldn't have to much trouble finding a dancing partner.
