Earnhardt transmission confiscated

Gordon/Earnhardt have parts confiscated: NASCAR confiscated the
intake manifold system of Robby Gordon's No. 7 Chevy and the
transmission of the No. 8 Budweiser Chevy of Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
shortly before initial practice for the Budweiser Shootout.

Can't find anything on NA$CAR.com though, wonder why the
omission, an oversight or just another dropped ball, hmmmmm.

I heard about that earlier this afternoon on XM 144......I wonder what's up
with that transmission?

Hey - it's Daytona and speed week. Things are s'posed to get confiscated.
That's why the table of shame exists.

Heard this morning that he was using unapproved gear ratios.

BTW JG's car was caught with an unapproved air pan.
