TS was going over 160 MPH when the idiot (Sadler) slid up in front of
him...there wasn't *anything* he could do. I mean, he's a great
driver, but he's not a miracle worker.

Sadler is an idiot for trying to put his car somewhere that he dosn't
have the talent for, period.

AFA as Hamlin, props to him for causing my 2nd favorite, Jr, to have
another shitty day.

LOL... you trip me up....Tony always(yes ALWAYS) has to try and insult
someone when he's ended up in the garage.... similar to the up and coming
Hamilin...
You do realize that 2 wks ago that ES also caused TS to
end up in the garage?

And Hamlin is an idiot.

It wasn't even ES's fault. He was spun.

I strongly disagree. Gilliland was holding his line along the bottom
of the turn, while Sadler switched his line late in the corner trying
to get by the 70. The end result of that action was that he cut down
across Gilliland's front bumper. Short of diving onto the apron to
avoid Elliot, there wasn't anything David could have done in that
situation.

Granted, Sadler's spotter didn't do him any favors --- no warning
whatsoever that Gilliland was there --- but the spotter doesn't hold
the wheel. Sadler just plain f'ed up this week.

Yeah, maybe you're right. It does look a lot like when Jr. came down on
KyB a few eeks ago.

yes... over the years it's been lots of folks, but never, ever, has Tony
done anything to cause himself, much less anyone else, any trouble...

Yes, he has, but these last 2 with ES were *all* ES..

And he didn't even call out ES a couple of wks ago.

BTW, hardly any of these guys take blame for what *they* do....Mark
Martin is a rare exception.

cars spinning out on the track, either with help or not, is part of
racing.... avoiding those guys is part of racing... not being able to
sometimes, yep, part of racing...

I agree... one that does surprise me at times is Dale Jr.... I'm not a fan,
but during all his babble when a camera is in his face, he does seem to own
up to mistakes he makes...

Yep. But ES is still an idiot, at least for today

Jr is hard to read sometimes, don't know if he's being sarcastic
or not when he knows it wasn't his fault.

He has changed the way he speaks since his father's death.
(or somewhere near that time)

BTW, Jeff Burton is another one that doesn't blame anyone else.

they all seem eager to blame others when still in the "heat of the
moment"... ES likely has a different view now that he's seen a replay,
because he was of the belief that he had given plenty of room below, but was
actually still coming down according to the cameras... he did say he was
concentrating on the car above/ahead of him, guess that's a bit of target
fixation/tunnel vision... three weeks ago ES's taking stewart to the wall
really was just a "racin deal", but i guess repeatedly ending up in "racin
deals" with the same car says something about one or both drivers... too
much expectations of the other, too much "past", or maybe just coincindence.
who knows, but a direct slam like tony did is a bit on the childish side,
all the drivers make mistakes, and all of them at the cup level have proven
themselves.
Tony is a good driver, and seems to be a good "person"... i listen to his
sirius show sometimes... he's much more likeable when he's not pissed...hehe

Tony didn't slam ES, he took all of the blame. <G>
