Default First time to MIS - 03-10-2006 , 08:14 PM

Me and the misses are going to MIS for the first time this year. We
live 1.25 hours away normally, camp in Irish Hills several times a
year. Therefore, we are somewhat familiar with the area.

I just moved to Michigan a few years ago and haven't been to a race at
MIS yet though. Been wanting to go, but have found significant
satisfaction with the other local short tracks (Toledo and Flat Rock).

My question is: What route do they normally release everyone from the
parking areas?
We are returning to Monroe County (Newport) and were curious about the
routing.
We were hoping to open up at M-12 or M-50 going back, but have heard
that way is very congested. I was even considering 127 to 223 to 23.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
Pup

They will send along with your tickets a nice map of how to get in and
out. You must enter at gate #8 I believe and you can get back out on M-12.
Have a great time, I will be there also.
