Default FOX problem? - 04-15-2007 , 03:04 PM

....or is it due to the snow here? Lost picture/sound about the time Jr. passed
Gordon.

Only lost the HD signal in North East Florida. Still had analog.

N.
Was likely a local issue...feed came back in time to see the in-car shot of
Junior's car going to the garage with a munched motor.

Probably no problem there.
Any time any significant thing happened,
FOX was at commercial.
No surprise since they are at commercial 25% of the time.
CRU-Who wouldn't know about the pass if not for PRN Radio.

Actually, somewhat more. 26.3% per the folks at CawsnJaws.

John

(who remembers it wasn't so long ago that 9 minutes of commercial
in a hours program was considered "standard" practice)

Yeppers, PRN to the rescue...I'm usually 20 minutes or more 'in arrears' with the
Tivo, so I had never looked up the local PRN affilaiate till yesterday. The
Greenville FOX 'Standby' placard was up for awhile then some kinda 'FOX Funny
Videos' thing till about the time Junior's in-car was on screen showing them push
it behind the wall.

Pass was also visible to those watching Junior (and Gordon too if he
was "one of the five"?) on HotPass. I was out of town and only
recorded June Bug's channel, so I dunno who the other 4 were this
week.

Haven't replayed the Fox feed yet, and may not depending on how long
it takes me to get around to it, since HDNet is replaying all the
races in a compressed (less commercials) format anyway. I may just
watch it there Thursday afternoon. (6PM EDT IIRC)
