I'm not sure what the proper penalty is, because Nascar is so inconsistent
with their penalties. Their standards change based on the driver and the
incident. It's really not even worth trying to figure out.

I think they have a penalty wheel, like on wheel of fortune and just give it
a spin. They probably spin it over and over until they like the outcome
based on sponsors money, corporate asskissing from the recipient of hte
penalty and the sex/color of the driver I bet as well.
