to end the race" and if you didn't plan for it, you lose."

Of course, NASCAR would never accept such a rule.

wrecks. I know this is true because I've heard NASCAR state that and I've
heard Mark Martin make the same statement, backing up NASCAR. It has to be
true if Mark Martin says it.
