When JR goes to RCR Harvick will play second fiddle. He won't like that.
He better get used to it.

Kevin Harvick may always play second fiddle to Junior in the press but
never on the track. They are all probably used to Junior getting the most
press by now.

That's because Harvick is a SFB loser who drives like a moron on a
regular basis.

The only reason Kenseth didn't win is because he got stupid once and
got caught speeding out of his pit.

In their first seven seasons in cup,
Harvick had 11 wins
Earnhardt had 17.

In the last five years
Harvick has 8
Earnhardt has 12.

Career %
Harvick is .048
Earnhardt is .063

And yet, even though the stats don't lie, Kevin Harvick is still an
arrogant little prick who thinks he's the best race car driver on the
planet.

Go figure...

I was tickled that Jimmie didn't win. Harvick has matured a lot since
his really hot-headed days....

One of the things that made Nascar stand out is the fact that most of
the drivers were such good guys. Why? In years past for the most
part they were older than other professional athletes and had matured
to an extent before the cameras were around. Yeah you had your
occasional jerk, but they were jerks because they were jerks, not
because they hadn't grown up yet. Nancy I agree Harvick has matured,
and it also seems Kurt Busch has gotten better. Couldn't have been
much worse and maybe he finally saw the writing on the wall that if he
was going to make the big bucks, he better learn. Kyle was never as
bad as Kurt in public, but I wonder after leaving the track early if
that wasn't a huge red flag of HUGE attitude problems we were not
seeing.

I don't know which NASCAR you remember, but the one that I do was full of
jerks. DW was one of the biggest and most vocal in his time. It is
interesting for me to see how he has become if not a senior statesman, than
certainly the class clown.
