No,... it was Benjamin Franklin.... the fat guy who never had to fight
'cause he hopped a ship to "FRANCE" when the revolutionary war broke out.
Interesting history note though: he was despised by George Washington, and
was never close to Adams, Jefferson or Hancock. Sort of a John Kerry of the
18th Century.

Wasn't old Ben a little long in the tooth to be fighting during the war? I
seem to recall he was fairly advanced in age at the signing of the
declaration. Do you have a link to this quote?
