2009: #18 car too low in post race inspection: 2008: Gibbs Penalties Announced: NASCAR announced that the #18 and #20 teams in the Nationwide Series Just two. Go way back, and there's the 20 car that got confiscated by Nascar before a race and sent to the R&D center, and never was returned (except for some pieces, I think, but my memory is foggy). *It was something to do with the rear window, wasn't it? N. |
it was a "T. Rex" kind of situation - "We're going to make sure you
don't bring that car again."

were they not? again for the same thing, they explored the "grey
areas" of the car to improve the downforce that is critical at road
course tracks. and they were penalized and told not to bring back the
cars
