How long has Jayski been an "official" part of the broadcast?

I noticed the NASCAR "news" at one point during the broadcast was
either sponsored by, or came from, Jayski's site. How long has this
been going on?

Since ESPN took over the broadcasts. They own Jayski.

Think he sold out end of last year/early this year, and his site now
