Kirk Schelmerdine had 4 Champs & 44wins with DE from '84 thru '92.
Evernham w/JGordon 47wins & 3 Champs may be 3rd?

I figgered "who has the most wins" and I 'membered his crew cheif were
the same feller for most o' that. It wuz easy!
