They have lights and no curfew. There was a Pepsi 400 a few yrs ago

Actually, the radar as of now, 8:36 pm, is showing that the rain
clears out about 21 miles away.

One of the best memories of my life is pulling into the driveway at 5:00am
Sunday morning after a late 4th of July night in Chico when my dad was
racing sprint cars. No curfew back then and the racing was great! God that
was fun!
