Default Jayski hints that Pugsly will drive the #15 next year? - 08-08-2005 , 07:18 AM

BWAHAHAHAHAH!

----
DRIVER HINT: Richie Gilmore, vice president of DEI, refused to name the
driver, but dropped several hints saying he was currently in the Nextel Cup
series, was younger than 30, marketable, and fast in Saturday's practice
sessions ... using the criteria Gilmore mentioned, in thee top 25 in
Saturday's practice, who are under 30 and could be looking at rides: Brian
Vickers, Bobby Hamilton Jr. and Kyle Busch. Why no Mears? read above the
HINT part where he says he is staying at Ganassi.

UPDATE on HINT: folks at Hendrick Motorsports tell me Brian Vickers and Kyle
Busch are both in the middle of multi-year deals with Hendrick Motorsports,
so remove their names from the rumor mill.(8-7-2005)
----

May God be with DEI if they make that choice. They're screwed up enough as
it is... adding Hamilton Jr to the mix certainly won't be an improvement,
if ya ask me. And Napa? Napa would stay only if they sign Pugsly? Oh
man... I almost wet myself laughing.

Last time I checked, short and squat didn't keep him from winning all those
Busch races and tearing up the series...Besides the fact that if you read
TODAYS jayski stuff it says Mikey may be back in the 15...could be just me.

That's nice, but in the CUP series he's 37th in the points and he's even
DNQ'ed for a few races. Yeah, that's the man I'd want for *my* team. :P

"Tearing up the series"???

I don't remember that part. The part I remember is where Big Ed gave him and
Harold a job, with a sure shot at a future Cup team. Then I remember how he
bailed before he could deliver a BGN championship to Ed.
