Jimmie Johnson goes out there and wins Daytona 500 and Brickyard and then when it counts to win the Championship he runs his car into the wall and wrecks it and that is why he will never be the Champion. |
In the first year of the Chase ('04) Jimmie had a horrible start and was 247
points behind Kurt Busch. He then went on to win 4 of the 6 final races to
finish only 8 points out of the championship, and had it not been for a
well-timed caution, Busch wouldn't have been able to hold him off.
We'll see.
