Lose/Lose Jr. will suck as an owner/driver - as does everyone who's tried it in the past 15 years or so. DEI will have no driver worth a crap, and will be an "also ran" organization in no time flat. And here I thought Teresa was supposed to be such an astute business woman. This couldn't be a worse outcome for both parties. j |

IF Jr starts as a new team, he won't be locked in in the top 35 in owner points. That means Jr. would have to be a go or go home car for the first five races anyway. That also means that for next year you can almost bet that the number of "locked in cars" will be adjusted". Why? Simple to make more room for Jr. to get in the races on time. Can you imagine the impact on the Daytona 500 ratings if Jr. wasn't in it?? That can't happen now can it. |

| Wouldn't it be easier for Nascar just to fudge the qualifying times in his favor, if need be? Debris cautions during quals. |
