Default Las Vegas-NBC-NASCAR-#48 - 02-20-2006 , 11:31 AM

So a few weeks ago, Jimmy Johnson does a guest shot on the NBC show Las
Vegas, where he judges a custom tuner car show, and flirts/interacts
with Delinda Deline. Meanwhile, Delinda's friend and co-worker Mary is
test driving the #48. Then a few weeks later, again on NBC, James Caan,
who plays Ed Deline, Delinda's father on that same Las Vegas program,
invites NASCAR driver to "Start your engines". A couple of hours later,
that same Jimmie Johnson wins the Daytona 500. Coincidence?

How can you even watch these sporting events when you think like that?

I heard that they used black helicopters to deliver the instructions to the
48 team.

Do you poke holes in the tin foil you have wrapped around your head to
see, or do you prefer to go through life in the dark?

poking holes in tin foils hats is not recommended!

I saw them the whole while, but I sent in the money for the super secret
Hendrick Racing Decoder Ring. I bought the good one that works on all the
Hendrick teams.

Most people got the jokish original post, with a nod to the NASCAR-NBC
marketing tour de force, but you and your pal Steve K need to get in
line for a sense of humour transplant.
