I like Despain's idea: Get a bunch of local National Guard combat
veterans, or Iraq veterans who are home for good, give them all a free
race ticket in exchange for 10 minutes of rounding up at the end of
the race. Sounds perfect, to me.

Trouble is that its not legal in most cases to use the miltary for
police work, and for very good reasons I might add. Sounds good at
first, but when you think about it there are things far more important
than a few drunks throwing beer cans on a race track.
