So Nascar says it wasn't Claritin d...ok..so what did Mayfield take? Why is it so impossible for this sanctioning body to tell us? If they have right on their side, ..tell us. There are no "Hippa" violations...tell us. |

Why is it so impossible for this sanctioning body to tell us? If they have right on their side, ..tell us. There are no "Hippa" violations...tell us. It's HIPAA. Personal medical information cannot be released unless the person involved releases it. At least, how I understand it. |
