There's a world between a cheap dipstick test and an expensive
gas chromatography molecule identifier. Nascar has a weak transit
of possession handover and cheap test.-which screens out a certain
percentage.

It obviously isn't up-to-date or we wouldn't have this controversy.

Their BIg Balls have gotten away on the cheap-up until now.
