The entire accusation is ludicrous on it's face.
They'd have been a *lot* better off accusing him of cocaine use,
but the reactions in here have shown me that Barnum was right.
It don't matter WHY they did it,...it WORKED.

I don't agree that he wouldn't have been able to find the right side of the car, but I think it had to be obvious to some of the people around him if he took the stuff that much. Also, actually seeing someone take meth on 30 occasions is an interesting claim. Maybe if you are a close friend, or someone who is into taking the same drug, but a step-mother he apparently never got on with?? I think regardless of Mayfield using or not using, the stepmother's claims border on the outrageously false and make her totally unreliable and unbelievable. Especially if they didn't have any kind of amiable relationship at all, there's no way she could have observed him "cooking meth." |

testimony might not be all that it's cracked up to be, but I wouldn't
discount it simply because Mayfield says he doesn't like her.

in a meth haze, he would not put himself in a situation where someone
who doesn't like him could jeopardize his career. IMO, of course.
