Jeremey Mayfield fired right back at the positive result... evidently, they've been testing him in independent labs ever other day since this result, and now he may actually have something against them. See, even Nascar can't sit there and tell them they can't test anywhere but "they're" lab.. and I feel that when the judge gets ahold of all of these results, he may too find this a bit interesting, and choose a lab himself.. here's the link.. and whoa nelly bozo, does he have some choice words for his stepmother... http://sports.espn.go.com/rpm/nascar/cup/news/story?id=4330592 I noticed that this particular story isn't on Nascar.com makes one wonder. For those of you keeping score.. if Nascar indeed did some heinous crap here, Mayfield will indeed not need to race ever again anyway. Nascar may have overstepped the boundary this time in a desperate effort to head off this Mayfield thing, and if so.. hello Congressional Panel..or something like that... |

the other tests have all been negative, and not just from one lab... |

that's the hook for me.. and since Aegis and Nascar's pending lawsuits or ones against them, hinge soley upon this, then yeah, I think they would find anything they could and say what they've said. After all, I don't know about you, but I've seen addicts on stuff like this, they didn't try like hell to prove innocence, in fact, they could have cared less what was thought of them.. |

Wasn't it you that found the article on Nascar doing this very sort of thing to Tim Richmond? So, yeah, I think they would do it again... after all, it's the same family... |

The time to speak up was BEFORE submitting a sample. That's when I would've raised objections to being tested while not racing or at a track. Kinda too late now isn't it. Can't say I've seen a pic of the attorney. What's he look like? |
