Mayfield Fires Back.. BIGTIME

I hate to say it but Jeremy is reacting just like an addict would. Has
the judge looked at all of those negative tests he says he's been
producing every two to five days.

With all of the scrutiny NASCAR is under by the court, I can't believe
they would try to falsify, purposely misread, another result.

I guess JM's last thin thread of hope is the pending B sample. I'm
predicting it will be positive.

I noticed that this particular story isn't on Nascar.com makes one
wonder.

For those of you keeping score.. if Nascar indeed did some heinous crap
here, Mayfield will indeed not need to race ever again anyway. Nascar
may have overstepped the boundary this time in a desperate effort to
head off this Mayfield thing, and if so..

NASCAR got away with it 20 years ago, and they could have tried the
same stunt with Jeremy the first time around, thinking he would not
fight it in court, but now the court and everyone else is watching
them very closely. If NASCAR is trying to get away with it yet again,
they're the ones on drugs.

Let's wait and see sample B...

submitting a sample. That's when I would've raised objections to being
tested while not racing or at a track. Kinda too late now isn't it.

Can't say I've seen a pic of the attorney. What's he look like?

Good grief, that explains his aggressiveness, which I liked, admire.
Most don't have any balls in drug cases. Still, probably should have
fought that second test.
