~Michael and trac bar tool

I KNOW I saw a shot of Michael Waltrip riding around the track with
his adjusting tool sticking out of the truck on his car. Why wasn't he
penalized also and made to go to the rear of the longest line???
Where's NASCAR justice???

I beleave he did go to the end of the longest line they just didn't mention
it

They kept saying that he came out after the yellow so the field was
frozen, so I took it that he didn't lose his place?

It didn't sound like it. And he came back to pit road to finish his pit stop
that they cut short when the yellow came out.

It didn't look like the end of any line to me. When the race restarted, he
was running in 8th spot. Funny how nobody in the booth even saw fit to
mention even thought there was a camera on it for at least 15 seconds.
Maybe DW had them all under wraps. lol.
