to you the last time you started your babbling.
Isn't it a little too early to start the revisionist version of what
happened at Dega. Here's a link to an online news article about it although
you will probably still say it didn't happen:

Here is another link that clearly states the campground was track property:

The management of Talladega saved a few dollars by not having the electrical
lines buried. They were and still are negligent and I hope they get their
asses sued off.

Sure they own the property, but that still has NOTHING to do with safety
at the *track*. Are they supposed to have chaperons for every drunken
moron that decides to stick a pole into an electrical line?????? Do you
live in a state where ALL electrical lines are below ground? How about
your city / town, are ALL the electrical lines below ground? If I go out
and stick a pole in a city electrical line and get electrocuted, was the
city negligent, and does my family have a right to sue? Maybe Dega
management should have chaperons at the campgrounds that are on their
property to make sure drunken morons don't blow themselves up while
trying to light their grill???? The only thing that is clear here, is
that you are still nothing more than a troll in this group. Goodbye.

The truth hurts doesn't it? Previously you tried to claim the camping area
wasn't owned by the track so they weren't responsible. Now that you've been
shown they did own the camping area you want to change your argument to it
doesn't matter because it wasn't negligence. Maybe the guy who decided to
save the money on burying the cable had never been to a NASCAR race before
and didn't know hundreds of flag poles would be mounted with some wanting to
have the highest one. I think you know better but just can't admit your
wrong - must be why you like TS, he can't either.

I'm not trying to change anything. Who cares who owns the land? The
bottom line is, 2 drunken morons sticking a pole into an electrical line
has *nothing* to do with track safety at Dega. I said from day one that
it was there *own* fault. You are talking about suing someone 3 yrs
after the fact, get real. And, I see you are still babbling about the
lines being buried w/o answering *any* of my questions about buried
power lines.

It's not just about him defending NASCAR, but also about the way he just
chimes in with the whole FOX idiot-speak. He really could have something
to offer today, as he once did, but sadly, he does not.

I ain't gonna say this to defend MJ fer what he sez, but FOX *is* signing

Let's see now. If two drunken idiots were going to put up a flag pole,
what's the first thing they'd have to do? I guess they might dig a hole,
right? And what might they run into when digging their hole? Buried power
lines, you say? Not at 'Dega. They've got the power lines overhead, where
only the dumbest of drunken idiots wouldn't be able to see them, instead of
putting them underground, where anyone, drunk or sober, could haphazardly
hit them with a shovel.

You can apologize now. Mike Joy just said that he misspoke and meant
that no *large* debris flew into the crowd. That there is always gonna
be *smaller* debris that flies into the crowd with an accident like
that, but the fence did it's job.

Please define the fence's job. If it is supposed to protect the fans
from injury, it failed.

Electrician is right. MJ needs to be an independent thinker instead of
letting NASCAR dictate his opinions to him. Mike might actually be
satisfied with the way the fence performed, but who can tell for sure
when he always defends NASCAR's position on everything. Every comment
and opinion seems insincere, disingenuous.
